Fall has officially arrived, and, like most Arkansans, you’re looking forward to cooler temperatures and colorful fall foliage. The heavy seasonal rainfall, maybe not so much, but it’s a package deal. When the rains come, they can definitely create nightmares for pavement maintenance and cleanliness.

Most people don’t think about parking lots very often, and in fact, they often take them for granted (unless they’re really dirty!). The only real exceptions are large events where parking suddenly becomes insufficient to handle the traffic. Otherwise, when we make our trip to the grocery store or the shopping center, we assume that there will be a space.
